Phone estimates are based on information provided by the Client.
The Company reserves the right to amend the initial quotation, should the Client's original requirements change or upon inspection of the property by us.
The Client is responsible for providing access to their property at the scheduled time. Failure to provide access to the property without prior notification is subject to cancellation or rescheduling at the Company's discretion.
The Company will not be responsible for access to locked or alarmed properties. Please be sure all alarm systems are turned off and any pets are properly secured.
Unless otherwise agreed by the Company, the account is rendered for immediate payment upon completion of the work. The Client must make payment by one of the offered payment methods before the Company leaves the Client's premises.
The Client can cancel or reschedule the scheduled service at any time. We request that the Client provide at least a 24 hour notice.
The Client can cancel or reschedule the appointment over the phone or by e-mail.
We reserve the right to refuse any cleaning job if the condition of the property is hazardous to the health and well being of our operatives.
The Company has the right to cancel or reschedule a service in cases where an accident or any unexpected circumstances have befallen the assigned service team.
The Company holds General Liability Insurance.
Claims will be covered by the Company's insurance when the incidents are reported within 24 hours of the service visit and the reported damage is proven as a result of the Company's service.
The Company reserves any right to refuse disclosure of confidential company documents.
No refund claims will be considered once services have been rendered.
All services shall be deemed to have been carried out to the Client's satisfaction unless written notice is received by the Company with details of the complaint within 24 hours of the work being completed. We will fully investigate any complaint and attempt to resolve it to the satisfaction of the Client, or alternatively to a reasonable standard.
The Client agrees to allow the Company back to re-clean and inspect any disputed items before arranging a third party to carry out services.
The Client must be present at all time during the recovery clean.
The Company reserves the right to only offer one recovery clean per service, within two weeks of the initial service, unless scheduling by the Company is not available.
In case of damage, proven to be caused by us, the Company will repair the item at its cost. If the item cannot be repaired, the Company will rectify the problem by crediting the customer with the item's present actual cash value toward a similar replacement. This liability applies only once the payment for the service has been received in full.
The Company shall not be liable for any third parties or their actions who enter or are present at the Client's premises during the cleaning visit.
Special Offer Conditions
Promotional offers cannot be combined with other offers or discounts.
Additional fuel surcharges may apply for areas outside of the standard service area.
